About North Scott Rotary Mississippi Mudder

Benefiting the North Scott Rotary

Believing the unbelievable. Doing what you thought you couldn't.

The inaugural North Scott Rotary Mississippi Mudder is a fundraiser benefiting the mission of the North Scott Rotary Club.

Locally, North Scott Rotary serves the greater Quad Cities through grants and activities which support our local youth, including those with disabilities and those who are at risk. North Scott Rotarians are members of the community, who meet weekly to build connections and enhance our communities, both locally and globally.

North Scott Rotary (Davenport, Iowa) is a member of a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Our goal is to provide an obstacle course that will challenge all ages and levels of ability - from first time participants to avid enthusiasts. We want to help participants achieve something they may not have considered possible. Some obstacles may seem difficult while others are “a piece of cake.” Accomplish whatever you can!

Our event is great for team building – no experience is necessary.

Over the last 5 years, the North Scott Rotary Club has raised over $325,000, net, which has been used to fund over 120 Quad City grant recipients and local scholarships. North Scott Rotary has a long history of supporting local charitable and non-profit organizations who provide assistance and support to a diverse group of people in an around the Quad Cities. In 2017, our club completed a capital campaign to raise funds to build an all inclusive playground in the Quad City community. The North Scott Rotary Inspiration Play Zone is a unique playground which was constructed over a 3 day period with the help of over 80 volunteers, The playground is located in Sheridan Meadows Park in Eldridge Iowa and it opening in the fall of 2017. The playground utilizes the 7 principles of inclusive play to bring a more comprehensive and engaging play experience to a diverse group of populations in the Quad City Area. The Play Zone is the largest signature project in our organization's history.
